On October 27, 2021 Ioan received a phone call on his youngest daughter's phone. Alice was on the other end of the line, not Elsie. Alice said simply, "Bianca
Wallace." Prior to this Alice blamed Ioan's mother for breaking up the marriage.

August 2, 2022 Alice was issued with a Permanent Domestic Violence Restraining Order.
January 26, 2023 Alice was scheduled to appear in court for breaking her Permanent Domestic Violence Restraining Order. Alice never appeared in court and a warrant was put out for her arrest. Alice's lawyer stated under oath that Alice had never informed her that she had been arrested.
Ioan swears, under penalty of perjury, that he and Alice never had an agreement that she would be a stay at home mother. In fact Alice had acting roles after the girls were born and both her agent and Alice herself confirm that Alice has been auditioning for roles since her split with Ioan.
Despite having legal representation Alice Evans never turned up at either of her Domestic Violence Hearings, choosing instead to stay home and use Twitter.
